Wir gehören als Tochter der LAB14 GmbH zur RAG-Stiftung und bieten die Dynamik eines Startups, verbunden mit der Power eines etablierten Konzerns.
Die Aufgabe
  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Serien- und Sondermaschinen und Anlagen in der für die Halbleiter- und Elektronikindustrie
  • Planung und Konstruktion von Einzelteilen, Baugruppen und Systemen mit Hilfe eines 3D-Cad Systems (vorzugsweise SolidWorks)
  • Erstellen von Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen sowie die Begleitung der Projekte über die Nullserie hinaus
  • Begleitung der Produkte während der Produktion, sowie die Festlegung der Zulieferer bzw. der externen Fertigungsbetriebe
  • Konstruktion von Maschinengehäusen, incl. Lüftung und Kühlungssystemen sowie der Integration von Schaltschränken für Maschinen nach Reinraumspezifikationen
  • Konstruktion unterschiedlichster Fluidsysteme sowie elektromechanischen und pneumatischen Verstell- und Nachführeinheiten für Halbleitermaschinen
  • Konstruktion und Integration von unterschiedlichsten Automations- und Robotik-Anlagen für den vollautomatischen Betrieb
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Maschinen, Baugruppen und Einzelteilen im Dialog mit Anwendern und Entwicklern sowohl Notion Systems intern als auch extern
Ihr Profil
  • Studium des Maschinenbaus, Mechatronik / Feinwerktechnik idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Konstruktion, ergänzend ist eine vorausgehende Berufsausbildung ideal
  • fundierte Fachkenntnisse, Know-how in modernen Fertigungstechniken sowie in der Auswahl der notwendigen Komponenten, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Präzisionsmaschinen für die Halbleiter- und Elektronikindustrie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Selbständiges, analytisch geprägtes, strukturiertes Arbeiten und gute Kommunikation
  • Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Your mission
  • Development and design of standard and custom machinery and equipment for the semiconductor and electronics industries
  • Planning and design of individual components, assemblies and systems using a 3D-CAD system (preferably SolidWorks)
  • Creation of parts lists and manufacturing documentation, as well as project support beyond the pilot series
  • Support for products during production, as well as the selection of suppliers and external manufacturing facilities
  • Design of machine housings, including ventilation and cooling systems, as well as the integration of control cabinets for machines in accordance with cleanroom specifications
  • Design of a wide variety of fluid systems, as well as electromechanical and pneumatic adjustment and tracking units for semiconductor machines
  • Design and integration of a wide variety of automation and robotics systems for fully automated operation
  • Continuous improvement of machines, assemblies and individual components in consultation with users and developers, both within Notion Systems and externally
Your profile
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Precision Engineering, ideally with a specialisation in design; prior vocational training would be an advantage
  • Solid technical knowledge and expertise in modern manufacturing techniques and in the selection of necessary components, with a results-oriented approach to work
  • Ideally, experience in the development and design of precision machinery for the semiconductor and electronics industries
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently, analytically and in a structured manner, with good communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English
